Excellent staff - friendly, welcoming and polite; really quick, smooth check in and check out; very safe area; excellent location - walking distance to all the main sights; very clean hotel. We felt right at home there. There is a cafe directly across the road too for all your caffeine needs! I would definitely stay here again. TIP 1: ask for a room away from the street when booking; our room was at the front of the hotel; given hotel is on a busy street, traffic could be heard most of the time, including into the night. TIP 2: our button to flush the toilet needed a little coaxing!! Just press it in and out a few times and give it a very quick final push and then the water from the upper cistern will flow!

Hotel was located close enough to walk to lots of the main tourist attractions. It had a very good restaurant next door which we ate in a couple of times. Rooms were spacey and reasonably modern. Staff were fantastic, so very helpful. Patrick on Reception is a credit to his company, so courteous and helpful.

Although a little bit older, hotel Hiberia has charm. The staff are absolutely amazing. Always happy to help and always smiling. The location was AMAZING. 5 mins to the Trevi Fountain, 10 minutes to the Colosseum. As a single, female solo traveller I cannot recommend this place enough. I felt safe walking everywhere from the location and even felt safe at 3am after a night out.

I booked this hotel at the last minute but I feel really lucky because it exceeded my expectations. It’s really nice and central, close from all the historical places coliseum , treva ,I even get back from Vatican walking it took me 30 min but I discovered a lot of beautiful places . The room was nice , clean and warm . The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was really tasty and full . The stuff are the best thing in the hotel , they were so helpful and friendly. They made my journey. I will definitely come back there 🥰thank you so much Hotel Hiberia 🙏🏼💜

Excellent location, walking distance to all major atrractions. The set up of this hotel is different than any other, the owner bought several apartments, connected them together and created this hotel. Staff at the reception couldn’t be better, excellent customer service. It was too hot, their AC is not strong enough, they offered fan and opened another room to make it a bit cooler, so impressive. Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, cozy rooms. Don’t forget this is Rome, an old city, buildings are not brand new, this hotel provides excellent option for the price you pay.

We are extremely pleased with our stay at Hotel Hiberia. First of all, we want to express our gratitude to the entire hotel team. Everyone is great, very smiling and kind. The location of the hotel is in a top central location. All sights are within walking distance. The room was very clean, the staff cleaned and changed supplies every day. Everyone strictly adheres to Covid's measures. Breakfast was superb. Very plentiful and everything was very tasty. We highly recommend the hotel for your stay in Rome. Thanks to the whole great team from Beatriche & Miroslav. Baci, ci vediamo !

Awesome location, easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Parthenon. We walked there from Termini station, about 20 minutes. Front desk was very helpful, they were friendly, spoke English, and answered all our questions. Hotel is clean, safe, quiet, and reasonably priced. The room was small, about the size of a cruise ship cabin, but adequate for our needs. AC worked great, which was nice since Rome was having a heat wave. There is gelato across the street, a nice restaurant next door, and another nice family run restaurant back behind hotel.

Excellent location. Very close to the Colosseum (10m on foot), Fontana di Trevi (8min), Roma Termini (23min). Has an excellent restaurant next door (Petrucci). Highly recommended too. Many restaurants nearby at 5-10min distance. Very comfortable beds, which is not common. We slept on a quadruple/family room of 4 for 6 nights and we were always and left refreshed and with 0 back pain. The staff is friendly, relaxed, caring and fun. Room always very clean. Bathroom is not big but is clean and had a good shower. Air conditioner worked for 6 of the 7 days. Not a biggie. Very good breakfast. Self-service. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, boiled eggs, tomato, cucumber, a few juice choices, hot chocolate. Several pastry options, including three types of croissant (plain, with egg or chocolate filling). Coffee, etc. Overall, a very good non-nonsense but also fun and relaxed stay. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect for all the key sites, five minute walk to the Trevi (less without kids!), five minutes to the Forum, ten to colloseum, 15 max to Piazza Nova. It was exactly what we wanted for our short stay in Rome on the end of our Italy holiday. The kids (and me) loved the old fashioned lift.

Excellent location, you can not use public transportation to get to all the major sights, but if you need a bus its stop is just around the corner. The hotel is close to Termini station. Very nice and bright room. Friendly staff.
